4:00 PM - Meet and greet our guide GTI at the hotel
4:45 PM - Take the bus to Old Montreal and free time to explore
6:00 PM - Music & Light Show at Notre-Dame Basilica
7:15 PM - Dinner (included) at La Cage aux Sports
10:30 PM - Return to the hotel.
THURSDAY, JUNE 2 MONTREAL /QUEBEC
6:30 AM - Wake up call
7:30 AM - Breakfast (included) at Hard Rock Cafe
9:30 AM - Visit the Montreal Biodome and the Olympic Tower
12:00 PM - Lunch (included)
1:15 PM - Visit Botanical Gardens
2:30 PM - Leave Montreal for Quebec City
5:30 PM - Check in at your hotel, Loews Le Concorde
7:00 PM - Dinner (included) at Sugar Shack in Lac-Beauport
10:30 PM -Return to Le Concorde
FRIDAY, JUNE 3 QUEBEC

9:30 AM - Guided tour of the Citadel
10:30 AM - Departure to "La Cote de Beaupre"
11:30 AM - Lunch on your own at Canyon Ste-Anne-de-Beaupre
12:30 PM - Visit the Canyon Ste-Anne
3:00 PM - Visit the "Cote de Beaupre" Interpretation Centre
6:00 PM - Dinner (included) at Voutes du Cavour
7:30 PM - Dance Cruise on the St. Lawrence River
10:30 PM - Swim party at your hotel
SATURDAY, JUNE 4 QUEBEC/BOSTON
6:00 AM- Wake up call
6:30 AM - Check-out of hotel
7:30 AM - Breakfast (included) at the Old Spaghetti House
9:00 AM - Odyssey Canada (Visit Discovery house + Tower) lunch on your own
1:45 PM - City Tour of Quebec City (meeting point: Chateau Frontenac)
4:00 PM - Free time and walk to the restaurant
5:00 PM - Dinner (included) at Ashton (typical menu-poutine)
6:00 PM - Departure for Boston
1:00 AM - Projected arrival time at ARMS

payment due dates with the hotels and venues we will be visiting. Please make

EMERGENCY TRAVELER'S CHECKS- $100 given to chaperone on May 31,
2005 at luggage check.
CLOTHING- Please bring a sweater or sweatshirt, medium weight jacket,
raincoat, and /or umbrella.
SHOES-Comfortable, flat shoes. Don't purchase new shoes just before the
trip. You will be doing a lot of walking, so comfortable shoes are important.
You may want to bring both sneakers and dress shoes.
DRESSY CLOTHES- We will be dining at 3 fairly fancy restaurants and going on
a dance cruise. Your outfits should follow school guidelines!
GIRLS- Dress or skirt (not too short) or dressy pantsuit.
BOYS - Nice pants, shirt with collar, tie, neat shoes.
NEAT AND PROPER -Jeans may be worn if they are neat and not torn. The
school dress code applies for all. review the guidelines.
BATHING SUIT- We will be swimming at the hotel in Quebec. Bring a beach
towel and a plastic bag to put wet suit & towel.
SHORTS- You never know, pack a pair in case it gets hot. Remember, NOT TOO
SHORT!
PJ's- Don't leave home without them.
SUITCASE
Please bring only ONE suitcase and one small carryon (no bigger
than your book bag). In fact, don't leave home without a bag to carry
items such as your jacket, camera, book, etc.
CAMERA
A camera is a good idea. each student is responsible for
his/her camera. Chaperones should NOT be asked to carry the cameras. Disposable
cameras are handy, but may not be reloaded with new film.
RADIO
Students are welcome to bring a walkman/discman, but no other
type of radio. It can only be played with headphones and may NOT be used when
the guide or a chaperone is addressing the group.
MEDIC ALERT BRACELET- If you are allergic to any medications or
have extremely bad reactions to animals, bugs or have any other serious medical
concerns, please try to obtain a medic alert bracelet. Also, be sure to note any
such information on the student form.
DO NOT BRING- Electronic games, valuable jewelry,
cigarettes or any items or substances that are prohibited in the school
handbook. Please do NOT bring candy or lollipops (these could become lodged in a
student's throat).
PS- Bring a small notebook and/or a journal! Also, don't forget
to pack a hair brush, toothbrush and shampoo!
